Our answer to a lager. Light and refreshing, made with a variety of pale
malts and European hops. Decent strength and enough body to make it
interesting
Red
Soft, malty with hints of caramel, toffee and slightly sweet. Low hop bitterness but enough hop to balance the malty sweetness
American Pale Ale
Big malt, big hop! We used some interesting American hops not normally used. Good malt strength with a lot of hop flavor and aroma
Scottish Heavy
A big multi-grain beer using a range of caramel malts. High strength, smooth and smokey finish
Porter
Yeasty cappuccino & leather aroma followed by flavors of brown malt and dark toffee. Finished with a hop bite to balance the sweet malt
Jazzy Razzy
Our Blonde with a strong raspberry flavor added.
