We believe that each beer should be as honest as possible .... that is, carefully crafted to the style with some added originality.
The ingredients are traditional. No cheap adjuncts are used; just locally malted barley, hops, pure water and yeast, with the occasional ‘unique’ ingredient!
Each batch is hand made in small quantities of 7 barrels at a time.
